We were 90 miles from home and had a blowout. We couldn't get home on our run flat due to the distance. Corey and the team saved our day! Fast and friendly service and a comfortable waiting area. Really great experience!!

This is my second visit in four months after another nail in my tire that Pep Boys wouldn't plug. I declined the upsell pitch - "...safer to replace with all new tires..." which is a truly deceptive practice, and agreed to one new tire. In four months, the price of the tire increased, the wheel-balance charge increased (I thought this was free???) and they added a $23.48 SHOP FEE, which is completely arbitrary. When asked to explain the additional fee, the reply was "to pay for rags and fluids and stuff". Seriously? How many rags do you use to replace one tire? Oh, and the one tire cost $234.99. I got the hose job today - strongly suggest that you go elsewhere for your tires and tire repair.

Bought new tires at pep Boys on rt 30. With lifetime alignments 2022. That shop closed so I went to the one on fruitville pike, to honor the deal. They gave me a hard time. Then reluctantly agreed to do it. After 10 minutes they gave me report alls well. Well two months later my radials are showing through. Very dangerous and now I have to buy 4 new tires.

I had a great experience at our local Lancaster l, PA pep boys. They got the job done in a timely manner. It was a scheduled appointment to swap 2 set of tires. They removed 8 tires from rims and install 8 tires on rims, and one set was still on my truck. I dropped off the truck at 8:30 am and they had it done by 11 am. They made sure to tell me this was not an appointment to wait for the job to be done, but that it would take longer and that I should schedule it as a pick up. It cost less then they predicted and the job was done well. Thankful.

I’ve been coming to Pep Boys for a while, and overall I’ve had good experiences. The team usually does good work, and I appreciate the discounts and promotions they offer. I especially want to recognize Steve, who has provided good customer service. He is professional, respectful, and always willing to help customers. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I interacted with an employee named JC (that is the name I was given). I felt that his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the interaction. What bothered me most was that I brought my car in with the front driver’s side fender area in good condition, and I left noticing damage/misalignment in that area. When I pointed it out, I was told that the vehicle came in that way. I explained that it did not. I asked whether they had any photos or documentation from the vehicle inspection to verify the condition of the car when it arrived. The staff looked through their records but stated they did not have any photos and could not confirm the vehicle’s condition before service. I was then told that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to take the vehicle to a body shop. That
